Working Capital Loans

Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) offers fully secured senior debt facilities to finance working capital, growth, restructurings and turnarounds to qualified companies. Facilities are structured as a percentage of the trading assets and the value of plant, property and equipment verified by third party appraisals.

Companies are often able to borrow more on a secured basis than may be available through more conventional sources providing the capital needed to grow and quickly take advantage of unique opportunities.

Loans are typically offered to qualified middle market companies with revenues in excess of $75 million and borrowing needs in excess of $10 million.
