We are proud to introduce Commercial Distribution Finance's (CDF's) new e-commerce system, Customer Online Management System (COMS). Designed in collaboration with our customers, the system incorporates all the best features of our previous e-commerce systems in a new, easy-to-navigate format.

COMS is an Internet-based application that allows you to view your account information and make online payments for inventory, insurance, interest and fees. COMS combines the features of our previous online applications and can be used for both Pay As Sold (PAS) and Scheduled Liquidation (SL) accounts. COMS also provides access to the Online Document Center where you can locate copies of transaction statements, bills, credit memos, credits applied, debit notes, direct debit payment advice notices and floorchecks.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Electronic Data Interchange enables CDF and our business partners to electronically exchange data in a standardized format, effectively eliminating the need for manual entry and allowing more timely and accurate access to data. Many types of EDI transactions are supported, including invoicing, approvals, reporting, payments, statement of transactions (SOTs) and cash receipts.

Our electronic and Internet-based tools will continue to evolve, as CDF tries to better serve our customers' needs by adding new capabilities and enhancing existing ones.
