We are proud to introduce Commercial Distribution Finance's (CDF's) new e-commerce system, Customer Online Management System (COMS). Designed in collaboration with our customers, the system incorporates all the best features of our previous e-commerce systems in a new, easy-to-navigate format.

COMS is an Internet-based application that allows you to view your account information and make online payments for inventory, insurance, interest and fees. COMS combines the features of our previous online applications and can be used for both Pay As Sold (PAS) and Scheduled Liquidation (SL) accounts. COMS also provides access to the Online Document Center where you can locate copies of transaction statements, bills, credit memos, credits applied, debit notes, direct debit payment advice notices and floorchecks.

·         View real-time accounts to determine outstanding balances, available credit, pay off amounts and pending approvals.

·         Easily explore the system with the standard navigation and helpful drop-down menus.

·        Customize your COMS experience by selecting a default dealer number, start page and a sort order in which information is displayed.

·        Quickly locate and pay inventory by searching for multiple invoices, units of inventory or due dates simultaneously and then simply pay all records that are returned.

·        View, print and export reports that detail your account information in a simple spreadsheet format.

·         Easily contact your Account Manager, with both e-mail and phone contact information provided on the Contact Info page.

·         Find useful help information on each COMS screen to enable you to learn the system.

·        View expanded invoice details through the various customized COMS invoice screens.
