Working with your local distributor, a new dealer application can be processed following these simplified steps:

  Credit lines up to $75,000

The distributor will forward a completed *CDF Application (including reference) and executed Financing Agreement and Guaranty via mail or fax. Once approved, we will fund upon receipt of faxed copies. (No originals required.) CDF reserves the right to require additional documents.

  Credit limits $76,000 and up

The distributor will forward: a completed *CDF Application including distributor reference the dealer's last two (2) Fiscal Year End Financial Statements (CPA or tax returns, Balance Sheet and P/L) Articles of Incorporation Once we've approved the application, we will forward pre-typed documents to the dealer to execute.
